Bill Layman and the Memorable '54 Mercury Monterey

In the magazine a while back I found this article about a memorable mercury monterey.  In the article it said the owner was looking for the original inspiration's owner named Ron Dragoo.  He happens to be a very old familiy friend and Would like to get in touch with this Bill Layman.  If anyone knows how to get in touch with him or if he sees this and would like to leave a number or address for contact please send an email to Vleaverton@socal.rr.com.
