Oh thats pretty cool, it sounds like he is heading in the right direction. The reason i ask is i myself am struggling in what direction i would like to go when i go back to school So i was just curious.
Sorry i didn't reply yesterday, my step brother called wen. night and said he would be home from Iraq Thursday, he surprised us so we went to meet him at the base and stuff. I was pretty excited. Its his third tour so he doesn't think he is going to be going back

Yeah all is OK now. We got hit last Friday afternoon thru Sunday morning with cold windy temps and about 18" of snow. I got sick Saturday morning and took some medicine and had a bad reaction. The Doc. had change my heart meds and I wasn't thinking and took the medicine I took before but with this I am on now caused my heart to act up so between an upper respretory infection and the bad reaction I have been out of commision until today. The Doc. said no damage was done but I'm glad I didn't just ignore it. So now we are warming up and the snow is melting but now thery are calling for rain and that means a good chance of flooding. COME ON SUMMER! I'm going back up to the garage Saturday and see what I can get in to but the painting things will have to wait until I can breath better again. This cold has my head really plugged up. It's great to hear your Step-brother is back and is OK. How much longer does he have in the service or is he staying in for the long hauil?

Oh wow, I'm glad everything is ok. I figured something was not right considering you didnt talk much this week, I was about to send out a search and rescue team haha. I cant wait til summer either, although its starting to feel like summer around here. its been pretty warm.
He is back for good, its was his 3rd tour of duty, he has about a year and he is out for good. He has 3 kids and wants to get out so he can watch them grow up, he has been deployed each time one of them was born. so hes happy to be home and be with the family

That had to be a bummer being gone for each ones birth. I'm sure his wife is happy that he will be around more to help and to watch the kids grow. The little ones grow way too fast, I know my boy has. I have more work to do , a friend of mine biought a 70 lemans 2 dr post and wants it redone. The car is in good shape. The paint is faided and peeling and it only has a couple of minor rust spots at the lower level and around the back window, the classic spots. He bought it off the original owner. It has around 100K on the odometer but sounds great. It has a 350 4 barrel with a 350 turbo. No air or power steering but does have power brakes and duel exhaust.

Well it keeps me hopping but I enjoy it plus I'm saving up for vacation the 1st week of June. We are going to the outer banks N. Carolina and all is paid for except the gas to get there and back and the food. I have a lot to do between now and then but I'm sure it will all come together OK. My wife has her doubts but she has confedence in me(silly girl). As long as no big unexpected stuff happens I'll be in good shape. I work 8-9 hours at the shop where I am an inspector for jet engine parts then go to the garage 3 nights and Saturdays, not much down time. I slow down thru the summer though and enjoy my wife and son and we do quite a bit together, but until then I'm going to smell like paint for a while.

We rented a house for the week on the ocean side beach. It's just a nice time to relax and do a whole lot of nothing but walk the beach and swim in the pool. They have some jellifish issues so I'm not real kean on swimming in the ocean although I'll probably wade out a little ways. The pool sete just off the beach so you can see the ocean even when you are on the deck or in the pool. I'm going to try and paint the yellow on the Comet this weekend. Lets see if I sicceed this time.

I can't wait,we have 82 more days before vacation time. I have a good one going on right now. I was putting a water pump on a 96 Dodge Avenger and those are run off the timing belt so I went to put it back together and the one cam moved. I can't find any timing marks on the pulleys and this thing is a pain, but I'll figure it out. The people that engineer some of this stuff should have to go work on them after they have been in use for a couple of years and then I bet you would see a lot better designing. We are closed tomorrow for Good Friday so I have a long weekend from here but a long one at the garage. Still hoping for the paint for Saturday, we'll see

Well I got it running again. It took me an hour or so but finally the car is done and gone back to the lady. I ran short on time so I didn't paint the Comet again. At this rate I'll be to the end of summer before I get it done, not really. I'll have it done before I go on vacation. That gives me 8 - 81/2 weeks, no sweat. The 54 is real close to being done the wife has been working on it. I keep telling her she needs to work on the Comet but she says she would rather drive the 54, I've been overruled I think. I really don't care so l;ong as one of them are good to go. Josh has been pounding on the truck so I think he will have it ready before the Comet even. The cool part is niether one of them can paint so they are at my mercy, right. You know the saying if mama aint happy nobody is happy so I know hers will be painted and Josh doesn't care if he has to drive the truck in primer for a while. He can spray primer so he can do that much on his own.

Haha well you have them all at your mercy, thats pretty cool. Of course im sure your wife will get her way and you will get the 54 done.
I think your sons truck would look pretty cool in primer.
What did you guys do for the Easter holiday this weekend? Anything exciting?

Had a great Easter. The weather even wasn't half bad, it was sunny and in the 40's each day. For Northern Ohio that isn't bad at all for this time of year. I am ready for the 60 -70 stuff though. Josh thinks the truck would look good in black primer for now too. That way he can work out some of the nasty stuff without it showing up without being right up on it. He has a lot of blocking to do. Most deffinately the wifes 54 is going to get done first. I like mama when she is happy
