Wow that's great. I'm sure things will be a little hecktic until you get everything in order but that is cool that you are moving up. You must be doing something right. I have been really busy we are haveing an audit at the shop but things are going good. It is boring and time consuming but it is only 3 days so I think I will survive. The Pontiac I am working on is going good too. I have made some progress with the help of the wife. I do have some starting pic,s I will send to you tomorrow. The car is solid

Not my garage the place I work during the day. We are ISO and Airospace acredited and since we do things for planes and such they come in and audit our procedures on the way we check stuff to make sure we are doing everything possible to make sure the parts are right.
I did manage to get most of the Pontiac stripped last night it looks pittiful at the moment but they always look bad in this state.
A friend of mine found an old 40 Plymouth 4 door in an old building and it is in really good solid shape. Someone had taken the front clip off but it is all there. The thing has about 2" of dust on it. The plates that are on it are 1958. So it has not been on the road for a while. He is still trying to find out how much the guy who has it will sell it for. I'm going this weekend to take some pic's of it too.

Well got the few holes fixed in the Pontiac and started getting it in primer. It doesn't look quite so bad now. The 54 is al;most ready for paint. I only have the roof to block and then it is time to spray . I am hoping to do ti before the end of the month. My wife has been working hard on it. With the gas prices doing out of control I'm glad I kept the 6 banger in it. The weather here has been wet and cool and has slowed my progress some. I was hoping by now I could go without turning on the heater but I was wrong.

I know what you mean. I have been triing to get things done before I go on vacation in 2 weeks and it has been keeping me hopping. The Pontiac is getting painted this Saturday and that is the last one untill I come back. Maybe I'll just stay and become a beach bum, Yeah Right.  I haven't been able to get anything done on the 54 or the truck but when I come back they are my 1st one I am going to do.

Sounds like most of you have some really cool projects.

It's only metal, It does not know if it is on a 50 Merc, or on a Lambo. Make it do what you want.
